Listing means accepting the magraft charter. The hirer accepts the same one.

Why is equipment separate from transport?
Because they are different businesses. An excavator owner sells machine time on a site. A truck owner sells a load moved between two points. The rate basis, the risk and the questions are not the same.
What gets checked on a machine?
That you own or control it, what it actually is and what it can do, whether an operator is required, and the service, inspection or cover evidence the machine calls for.
Do I have to have an operator?
No, but you must say. Dry hire and operated hire are priced differently and carry different risk, and the hirer is told which one they are getting before they book.
