Tell magraft what you want at the end
Scope, proposal, milestones, handover
Scope
The outcome becomes a scope: what is included, what is excluded, and what needs deciding before anyone prices it.
One proposal
Trades, materials, programme and payment schedule in one document, with the responsibility boundary written down.
Appointment
Providers and suppliers are appointed under project controls, not left to arrange themselves on WhatsApp.
Milestones
Evidence before release. Photographs, measurements and sign-off at each stage.
Handover
The project closes into the property record with documents, warranties and a maintenance schedule.
What does managed actually mean?
You contract magraft. magraft sets the scope, appoints the trades and suppliers, holds the programme, releases against milestones and carries a named delivery responsibility. On a quote job you contract the provider and magraft is the introduction and the record.
How are changes handled?
In writing, as a change order with its effect on price and time, approved before anything moves. Scope creep on a physical job is where the money and the goodwill both go.
Can you run a project if I am not in the country?
That is the main reason the managed model exists. Progress evidence goes onto the property record with dates and photographs, and a site check can be booked at any point.
